So hard to contact customer support

Want you to email them but when are they going to respond???! I work in logistics and have to get stuff moving and when they send something with inadequate labels where the labels fall off i need to be able to call them to get the trk# to keep things moving.
That is where they fail. They are hard to get ahold of and it is not a quality any customer would appreciate how they are handling things.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They returned funds. Read everything carefully.
I was merely checking out this business and thought STUPIDLY in order to browse I had to enter a card. I did and all of a sudden I'm receiving a box of *** These creeps don't have a phone # (I can understand why) To top it off they charge my card...SCAMMERS!!!
I hope they do the right thing because I am a senior on a fixed income, I eat out of food pantries, barely have enough to pay rent and these blood sucking MISFITS stole money from me.

- Spoiled boxes on porch with tofu, tomatoes, peaches, cucumbers; strong odor; $70 weekly charge; no phone contact; robot site prompt; I’m reporting.
I came home from out of town found a box sitting on my porch, god only knows how long it had been there. Opened it up and the smell alone will knock you out.
Tofu, cherry tomatoes, rotten peaches and cucumbers. Ive had 3 spoiled boxes sit on my porch as I have another place I stay at so said boxes there quite awhile before noticing them. Find out they are taking almost 70.00 WEEKLY OUY OF MY ACCOUNT.
No phone number to call, got on website which gave me a viral robot that then wanted me to sign up for another website to answer my questions. Ive had it Im turning them in!!

- Cancel is unavailable after the cancel button disappears; Customer Care reply may take 24 hours.
I thought I had cancelled my subscription months ago, but apparently not. Today, I woke up to a surprise email stating that my order was confirmed and it charged me over $70 for an order I do not want.
I panicked and tried to cancel the order, only to find that there isn't a way to cancel. Their FAQ says once the cancel button disappears, they can't do anything to help. I don't have the money to afford this right now, and there is no way to contact them except through a Customer Care report, which can take up to 24 hours to get a response from.
I need an immediate response. I won't have money for groceries I actually need this and next week if I don't get a refund.

Resolved: Your delivery sucks
- Meat is delicious and highly recommended; delivery arrived open in 100f heat, no response, and this month's package is late with money lost.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. My insurance company apologized.
It's fine they did the right thing. I was was also wrong. I should have realized this was not the best time of year to buy anything that you have to keep cold.
Plus on top of it, it was already on it 7 the day, Fed EX said it had been been delivered. Best advice......order when the weather cools.
Last month I made a order for meat that is delicious and highly recommended I tried it at a friend's house and when I was told I could get it with my benefits card I put in a order. Too bad when it was delivered it was open on my deck in 100f heat.
Still have not heard back on that.
This month I was told my package would be here Thursday and it's still not here. I am upset about the money lost but more so because I want the best meat I have tasted since I left the NJ NY area.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Their customer service rep fixed the issue with my account, and I was able to access my account after that.
I use the contact customer care option and let them know I am having an issue, and I have not received an email from them.
When I signed up, I never did receive any emails confirming that I was signed up.
I also received a text message yesterday, Wednesday 4/23 saying that they are preparing my order (which I need to change) and that I have until Monday at 11:45pm ET to revie and customize. Today, Thursday 4/24, I get a message that my order has been delivered.
I tried several times to reset my password and get someone to assist me without success.
I also used the virtual chat option, and it was not able to help me either.
Please have someone call or email me with assistance. My email is melladeewilson@***.com.

I got charged for an order I didn't even set up. There's beer in the order.
I don't even like beer and I'm 18. Working on getting a refund right now, but the chat bot says if you act quickly after your order has been confirmed, you may see a cancel order button when you select that order in your Orders page and if you're not seeing a cancel button, we may or may not be able to cancel or refund your order. Baby, you confirmed the order at 4:30 a.m.
Do you think I was awake to hit the button??! Also, the food is so expensive and it's literally cheaper to just go to the store.

Opened their ad to check out their options, but the ad requires you to give up your information, red flag for everyone! Unfortunately, I didn't catch that con until they just started sending me orders (sorry, this is really about every meal service, although some do have phone numbers).
But by the time I was receiving the box, they had changed my card, first delivery, subscription, and were putting my second box together, all without my authorization. I'm on a fixed income. The only thing I could do was report my card stolen so they couldn't hit my account every week and wait for a new card.
Hope this long rant helps. Oh, and hound them for a refund.
